Integral Cloud Solutions, LLC ("we", "us", "our") operates the website integralcloudsolutions.com, the Petrovascope, AmbitSensor, and WiFi Relay mobile applications, and related services. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our websites, applications, and services.
We take your privacy seriously. We collect only what we need, we don't sell your data, and we're transparent about how we use it. This policy applies to all users, including those in the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, Switzerland, and California.
Petrovascope connects directly from your device to your organization's OSDU® Data Platform instance. All data communication happens between your device and your OSDU® Data Platform deployment — it does not pass through our servers.
CIButler and LeafPress are open source command-line tools that run entirely on your local machine. They do not collect telemetry or transmit data to Integral Cloud Solutions. All communication is with infrastructure you configure — such as OSDU® Data Platform instances, Kubernetes clusters, or local Docker environments.
WiFi Relay is an iOS app that runs a proxy on your device so another device — such as your laptop — can reach the internet through your phone's WiFi connection. It runs entirely on your device.
Proxy credentials are sent in cleartext over the local link between your phone and the connected device, as is standard for SOCKS5 and HTTP proxies. This deters others on the same network from using your relay but is not encryption. Any encryption the relayed traffic already has (such as HTTPS) remains intact end-to-end. Use WiFi Relay on networks you trust.
WiFi Relay is a paid app. Purchases are handled by Apple through the App Store; we do not receive or store your payment information.
AmbitSensor is an iOS app that reads sensor data from your iPhone — health and fitness metrics from Apple Health (HealthKit) and your approximate location — and displays it on your device. It can optionally make that data available to a Mac you control on the same Wi-Fi network, for use with developer tools such as Claude Code. AmbitSensor is read-only: it never writes to or modifies any Apple Health data.
With your permission, AmbitSensor reads health and fitness data — such as heart rate, heart rate variability, resting and walking heart rate, respiratory rate, blood oxygen, body temperature, body weight, steps, distance, active energy, exercise minutes, VO₂ max, mobility metrics, and sleep — from Apple Health. This data is used only to display it to you on your device and, when you choose, to share it over your local network as described below.
AmbitSensor includes a Developer Mode that is off by default. When you turn it on and the app is open, AmbitSensor runs a local server that lets a Mac you have paired — on the same Wi-Fi network — read the sensors you have enabled. This data travels directly between your iPhone and your Mac over your local Wi-Fi; it does not pass through Integral Cloud Solutions or any server. When Developer Mode is off, or the app is in the background, nothing is shared and nothing is advertised on the network.
The local connection between your iPhone and your paired Mac is encrypted with TLS, and your Mac pins your iPhone's certificate on first use to detect any change. The server is bound to your local Wi-Fi only and runs only while Developer Mode is on and the app is open. Use AmbitSensor on networks you trust.
Contact form submissions are processed by our own infrastructure on Amazon Web Services (AWS Lambda and Amazon SES). No third-party form processing services are used. We use the information you submit solely to respond to your inquiry.
Our website uses only essential cookies required for basic functionality. We do not use advertising cookies, cross-site tracking cookies, or third-party analytics services that identify individual visitors.
We use the information we collect for the following purposes, each with a corresponding lawful basis under GDPR:

We implement reasonable security measures to protect the information we collect. Our team members hold or have held prior U.S. Secret-level security clearances, and we apply security-first practices to all our systems and processes.
However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
In the event of a personal data breach that is likely to result in a risk to your rights and freedoms, we will notify the relevant supervisory authority within 72 hours of becoming aware, and affected individuals without undue delay, as required by applicable law.
Integral Cloud Solutions is based in the United States. If you are located in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, your personal data may be transferred to and processed in the United States through our use of the following service providers:
These providers participate in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and have implemented appropriate safeguards for international data transfers. Where the Data Privacy Framework does not apply, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.
Petrovascope communicates directly between your device and your organization's OSDU® Data Platform instance — this traffic does not pass through our servers and is governed by your organization's own data transfer arrangements.
We do not track users across third-party apps or websites for advertising purposes. Petrovascope does not display advertisements and does not share data with advertising networks. We do not use Apple's IDFA or any equivalent advertising identifier. If prompted by iOS, you may decline the App Tracking Transparency (ATT) request with no impact on app functionality.
Petrovascope does not create or manage user accounts. Authentication is handled entirely by your organization's OSDU® Data Platform identity provider — we do not store usernames, passwords, or account profiles. No account deletion request is necessary as we do not store user accounts.
If you wish to delete any personal data we hold (such as contact form submissions or crash report data), you may request deletion at any time by contacting privacy@integralcloudsolutions.com.
Our services are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have collected information from a child, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.
You have the following rights regarding your personal data. Some rights apply to all users; additional rights apply to EEA, UK, and Swiss residents under GDPR.
